You get undeniably the best customer service for your money, live piano player who makes you feel like you are in the Italy old town.. my gf and me ordered same dish just with a different souce and he thought it was pasta penne.. we totally agreed to eat it without complains, but he brough another dish with no charge at all.. we have visited second time they offered a free drink with a bit of back story - nice and pleasant.
