- 2 / 5By Sarah duffWe stayed here for our anniversary. Lovely room over looking the harbour. Really liked the bath but felt disappointed with the breakfast service. Ticked the two boxes indicating what breakfast we would like and only got 1/2 delivered. For a 5* hotel the waitresses should of asked us before they left our room if everything was okay.
We left it and thought maybe they would realise and pop the continental breakfast up but they didn't.
As we checked out, we did mention breakfast and the lady apologised and asked us if we wants to take it with us.
This response is not like any 5* response I have had before.
